All of our products are handcrafted with love, using natural ingredients and materials. Due to the nature of these items, please use them as directed and with care. If you have any specific sensitivities or allergies, we encourage you to review the ingredients before use or reach out to us with any questions.

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened or used. This is to ensure the safety and hygiene of every item we offer.

However, if your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us at love.mj.aus@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and brief explanation of the issue. We are happy to offer a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

We do our best to process and ship your orders promptly. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase, as we are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect information.
